Digital Implementation Analyst

As a Digital Implementation Analyst, you will be a crucial part of our expert Technology & Innovation team. Reporting directly to the Digital Transformation Manager, you will work on exciting projects and get to offer your ideas and creative solutions to complex business problems ranging from data model design and new PIM implementation to workflows and analytics. You will work with a range of clients across multiple verticals for whom you will provide recommendations on best practices and identify areas of opportunity to help drive client success. You will learn about the digital shelf ecosystem and how to leverage technology for automation and efficiency. You will make an impact by driving projects to completion by anticipating the needs of the clients and ensuring the alignment of the internal and external teams focused on the implementation.

This role will involve:
Collaborate with clients and project leads to implement data models that meet client needs
Import content and digital assets in clean data model and map channels for content syndication
Establish trusted working relationship with client and project leads to ensure optimal use of digital content and systems
Keep up-to-date with digital trends and industry best practices
Learn to work within Salsify and other digital shelf technologies to drive efficiency and client success
Work independently, across Gournay Consulting, and with clients, to solve problems and provide creative solutions to business needs in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Provide clear and frequent updates to client and project lead on progress of work, potential blockers, and project health
Manage multiple, concurrent projects for a diverse portfolio of clients
Maintain proficient-level understanding of Salsify and its business application
Maintain working knowledge of key retailer portals and processes for content deployment
Be accessible and offer continuous support to digital transformation managers
You're a great fit if:
Bachelor’s degree with a preferred focus in Business or Computer Science
0-2 years of experience working in ecommerce and the digital shelf space
Ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts effectively
Ability to troubleshoot issues and document solutions to provide effective and timely resolution
Ability to review data, provide analytical feedback and make recommendations
Has a growth mindset and thrives in an agile and fast-paced work environment
Highly intellectually curious about the changing eCommerce landscape and pivoting towards future needs
Knowledge of retailer portals and processes preferred
Experience working with Salsify or other PIM solutions preferred
Ability to communicate confidently and effectively both written and verbally
A self-starter with the resourcefulness to work both independently and collaboratively
Strong planning and organizational skill set with excellent time management
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Ability to effectively balance competing priorities
Highly detailed-oriented, with a commitment to accuracy
Must be fully vaccinated for Covid-19
