Implementation Advisor

As an Implementation Advisor, you will be an instrumental part of our Advanced Technical Team. Reporting directly to the Chief Technology Officer, you will solve complex business problems by designing technical solutions that include product recommendations and configuration and technical expertise for integrations. You will develop and map sound technical solutions, ensure proactive communications to clients and internal teams, and manage enhancement requirements and escalations. You will make an impact by driving projects to completion by anticipating the needs of the clients and ensuring the alignment of the internal and external teams focused on the implementation.

Job Responsibilities

  • Work to understand a client’s business environment and uncover their challenges to recommend the appropriate solutions.
  • Collaborate with clients to build data models that meet their internal and external needs considering clients data sources and potential systems integration
  • Work independently, across Gournay Consulting, and with clients, to solve problems, and provide alternative solutions to business problems, in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Maintain Expert-level understanding of Salsify and its business application
  • Provide Service Delivery, including Project Management, Design and Configuration, and Training a solution mindset, and with the utmost professionalism
  • Learn (and drive new) industry best practices; identify how solutions can be leveraged to implement these practices for customer success
  • Manage multiple, concurrent projects for a diverse portfolio of clients
  • Demonstrate ability to build credibility with key clients
  • Key Qualifications & Experiences

  • 5+ years of experience in Professional Services or Consulting preferably in the Enterprise Software space.
  • Experience in managing global enterprise-wide software as a service (SAAS) implementations for multiple clients simultaneously.
  • Juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Solid understanding of Structured Database Management System; preferably Salsify.
  • Demonstrate and ensure timely and thorough communication of strategy, deliverable status, and results.
  • Ability to think strategically and align client business pain points to solution options, while also being able to dive into the details to implement approach
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Highly detailed-oriented
  • Ability to present and communicate effectively across all levels both internally and externally
  • Bachelor’s degree with a preferred focus in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or Information Technology

    Client Services Manager

    As a Client Services Manager, you will be an instrumental part of our Client Success Team. Reporting directly to the Managing Partner and Client Services Lead, you will syndicate essential and enhanced content to key retailer/e-tailer consumer goods websites and follow content through to Go-Live. Additionally, you will provide ongoing and proactive communication and support to an assigned customer base. The Client Services Manager must have in-depth understanding of digital content solutions, critical thinking skills, as well as have a keen eye for identifying problems and presenting solutions. The ideal candidate must be able to prioritize job responsibilities and customer demands, execute across a variety of clients and projects, and provide day-to-day management and operational support. You will make an impact by driving projects to completion by anticipating the needs of the clients and ensuring the alignment of the internal and external team resources.
