As an Implementation Advisor, you will be an instrumental part of our Advanced Technical Team. Reporting directly to the Chief Technology Officer, you will solve complex business problems by designing technical solutions that include product recommendations and configuration and technical expertise for integrations. You will develop and map sound technical solutions, ensure proactive communications to clients and internal teams, and manage enhancement requirements and escalations. You will make an impact by driving projects to completion by anticipating the needs of the clients and ensuring the alignment of the internal and external teams focused on the implementation.
As a Client Services Manager, you will be an instrumental part of our Client Success Team. Reporting directly to the Managing Partner and Client Services Lead, you will syndicate essential and enhanced content to key retailer/e-tailer consumer goods websites and follow content through to Go-Live. Additionally, you will provide ongoing and proactive communication and support to an assigned customer base. The Client Services Manager must have in-depth understanding of digital content solutions, critical thinking skills, as well as have a keen eye for identifying problems and presenting solutions. The ideal candidate must be able to prioritize job responsibilities and customer demands, execute across a variety of clients and projects, and provide day-to-day management and operational support. You will make an impact by driving projects to completion by anticipating the needs of the clients and ensuring the alignment of the internal and external team resources.
