• Recent or upcoming Bachelor’sDegree with a preferred concentration major in Business, Computer Science, DataScience, Engineering or Information Technology and a minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Internship or Co-op experience ina related field is strongly preferred.
• Technical savviness, with theability to learn and navigate all key systems, tools, and technologies neededto perform effectively in role.
• Ability to creatively explain andpresent complex concepts effectively to both technical and non-technicalaudiences.
• Strong proficiency in MicrosoftExcel, including ability to create basic formulas and sort and manage datautilizing tools including V-Look ups.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPointto provide status updates and share information in an informative, visuallyprofessional presentation.
• Ability to communicate confidentlyand effectively both written and verbally with internal and externalstakeholders.
• Highly detailed oriented, with acommitment to accuracy and strong planning, time management and organizationalskills.

In this role, you will:

• Under supervision, analyze widevariety of data and make data model recommendations that meet internal andexternal needs for best-in-class PIM and DAM architecture.
• Normalize data for accuracy,import efficiency, and maintenance within standardized PIM and DAMarchitecture.
• Collaborate with clients todesign, document, and implement workflow solutions to address data needs andgovernance.
• Own assigned channel mapping/ dataextract configurations and create efficient and transferable logic; providedata gaps for target destinations; efficiently address invalid values inchannels; complete thorough testing and QA of all mapped channels and contentextracts; troubleshoot feedback and make recommendations for resolution.
• Adhere to standards for testingand QA of all mapping, workflows, and system configurations to ensure accuracyand completeness.
• Manage own assigned tasks withincompany project management system for multiple, concurrent projects for adiverse portfolio of clients; ensure all assigned responsibilities areaccurately tracked with due dates and completed on time.
• Proactively communicate projectstatuses to appropriate stakeholders throughout assigned projects/tasks andupon completion.
• Participate in client calls todocument meeting minutes, key decisions made, and action items for all teamsinvolved.
• Work independently, withsupervisor, and across Gournay Consulting to solve problems and providecreative solutions to business needs in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proactively share learnings withfull team and updating internal systems for ongoing expertise and efficiency.
• Maintain proficient-levelunderstanding of key PIM, DAM and CMSs Solutions and their businessapplication, as applicable.
• Actively participate in teammeetings, project meetings and training sessions.
