The Digital Implementation Specialist II solves complex business problems by designing technical solutions that include data modeling, system integrations, and product configurations aligned with industry best practices. This role has a strong understanding of data best practices and can effectively liaise between technical and business stakeholders. The Digital Implementation Specialist II works both independently and collaboratively to develop and map sound technical solutions for a wide portfolio of clients, ensuring proactive communication to key stakeholders and effective project management. This role has significant interface with clients, acts as a project manager for clients with Client Leads, and may independently manage client projects. The Digital Implementation Specialist II position will make an impact by supporting timely and thorough project completion, presenting internally and externally, and exhibits consistent strong communication. This role may have people management responsibility, and also includes mentoring, training, and supporting Digital Implementation Specialist I.

What are we looking for?

In this role, you will:

  • Bachelor’s degree with a preferred focus in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or Information Technology.
  • 5+ years of related professional experience, preferably in the Enterprise Software space and/or in ecommerce and digital shelf space or in support of digital initiatives.
  • Experience in supporting global enterprise-wide software as a service (SaaS) implementation for multiple clients simultaneously.
  • Ability to think strategically and align client business pain points to solution options, while also being able to dive into the details to implement approach.
  • Ability to explain and present complex concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Has a growth mindset and thrives in an agile and fast-paced work environment with autonomy to drive outcomes.
  • Ability to present and communicate effectively across all levels both internally and externally.
  • Strong planning and organizational skill set with project management acumen.
  • Ability to effectively balance competing priorities.
  • Ability to review data or architecture, provide analytical feedback, and make recommendations on best approach to new implementation or system optimizations.
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues and document solutions to provide effective and timely resolution.
  • Highly detailed-oriented, with a commitment to accuracy.

Core Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to interpret business needs and define technical requirements that drive effective, scalable solutions.
  • Lead Client Project Management: coordinate meetings, manage meeting agenda, take meetings notes, send meeting follow ups, and define owners. Ensure billable hours accuracy, timeliness, and delivery of billable hour targets.
  • Develop project plans in Monday including key deliverables, specific actionable tasks, task owners, and timeline; include automations to facilitate deadlines and proper communications.
  • Under supervision, implement new PIM and DAM solutions from scratch, establishing data model, taxonomy, governance, and data flows to help clients realize success on the digital shelf; compose effective documentation.
  • Optimize existing PIM and DAM solutions and integrations by thoroughly assessing current state against best practices and making recommendations for improvements.
  • Collaborate with clients to design, document, and implement workflow solutions to address data needs and governance.
  • Analyze wide variety of data and make data model recommendations that meet internal and external needs for best-in-class PIM and DAM architecture.
  • Normalize data for accuracy, import efficiency, and maintenance within standardized PIM and DAM architecture.
  • Adhere to standards for testing and QA of all mapping, workflows, and system configurations to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Manage assigned tasks within company project management system for multiple, concurrent projects for a diverse portfolio of clients; ensure all assigned responsibilities are accurately tracked with due dates and completed on time.
  • Proactively communicate project statuses to appropriate stakeholders throughout assigned projects/tasks and upon completion.
  • Ability to read and understand basic JavaScript operations
  • Own channel mapping/ data extract configurations and create efficient and transferrable logic; provide data gaps for target destinations; efficiently address invalid values in channels; complete thorough testing and QA of all mapped channels and content extracts; troubleshoot feedback and make recommendations for resolution.
  • Maintain proficient-level understanding of key PIMs, DAMs, CMSs solutions and their business application, as applicable.
  • Keep up-to-date with digital trends and industry best practices and identify how solutions can be leveraged to implement these practices for customer success across multiple verticals.

*Please note: Base salary range for this role is $85,000 - $100,000, based upon experience. Annual bonus potential is up to 15% of base salary, based upon performance. Preference will be given to candidates already within a commutable distance to our office location in New Hope, PA.
