Omni Client Services Associate I

Who are we looking for?

We are looking to add a key member to the team in an Omni Client Services Associate I role. This role is responsible for the syndication of data and content to key retailers, trading partners, and content aggregators. This role works with leading PIMs, DAMs and CMSs as applicable and collaborates closely with internal stakeholders and clients to maintain best-in-class and compliant data and content. The Omni Client Services Associate has a strong understanding of various retail platforms’ requirements and content capabilities to execute assigned projects. The Omni Client Services Associate works in a matrix environment to support multiple clients and projects. This is an entry-level, individual contributor role that will make an impact by supporting timely and thorough project completion.

What are we looking for?

Applicants are required to have the following qualifications and experience:

  • Recent or upcoming Bachelor’sDegree with a preferred concentration major in Business, Digital Marketing orData Analytics and a minimum 3.0 GPA.
  • Internship or Co-op experience ina related field is strongly preferred.
  • Technical savviness, with theability to learn and navigate all key systems, tools, and technologies neededto perform effectively in role.
  • Strong proficiency in MicrosoftExcel, including ability to create basic formulas and sort and manage datautilizing tools including V-Look ups.
  • Strong proficiency in MicrosoftPowerPoint to provide status updates and share information in an informative,visually professional presentation.
  • Ability to communicate confidentlyand effectively both written and verbally with internal and externalstakeholders.
  • Highly detailed oriented, with acommitment to accuracy and strong planning, time management and organizationalskills.
  • Has a growth mindset and thrivesin an agile and fast-paced work environment with autonomy to drive outcomes.
  • Highly intellectually curiousabout the changing digital landscape and pivoting towards future client andcompany needs.

Core Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Under supervision, action and syndicatedigital shelf content from leading PIMs, DAMs, and CMSs to trading partners viaidentified best processes; trouble shoot and action to completion.
  • Analyze wide variety of data toeffectively draw conclusions and make recommendations.
  • Communicate and capture statusupdates on project tasks per systems of record. Proactively communicate projectstatuses to appropriate stakeholders throughout assigned projects/tasks andupon completion.
  • Participate in client projectmeetings, as needed. Proactively capture critical project managementinformation, ownership, and next steps.
  • Analyze project requirements; testoutputs to deliver compliant data files.
  • Stay current with features andcapabilities of retailers and tools; share updates and learnings with team inappropriate systems. Identify and share channel schema updates, communicatemapping updates needed.
  • Manage own assigned tasks withincompany project management system for multiple, concurrent projects for adiverse portfolio of clients; ensure all assigned responsibilities areaccurately performed, tracked and completed on time.
  • Work both independently andcollaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Actively participate in teammeetings, project meetings and training sessions.
  • Collaborate and communicateinternally with team members to understand challenges, identify solutionoptions, learn from past experiences, and drive innovative solutions.

*Please note:

Base salary range for this role is $66,000 - $72,000, based upon experience. Annual bonus potential is up to 15% of base salary, based upon performance.

Preference will be given to candidates already within a commutable distance to our office location.
