Omni Client Services Specialist II

Who are we looking for?

The Omni Client Services Specialist II is responsible for expertise in select trading partner syndication and project management of client services projects. This role has significant interface with clients, acts as a project manager for clients with Client Leads, and may independently manage client projects. With clients and/or direct reports, this role acts as a representative of the company, and lives into established ways of working. This role may have responsibility for people management, and includes mentoring, training, and supporting Omni Client Services Associate(s). The Omni Client Services Specialist II has expert level understanding of several retail platforms’ requirements and content capabilities with expertise in executing assigned projects. This position will make an impact by supporting timely and thorough project completion, presenting internally and externally, and exhibits consistent strong communication.

What are we looking for?

Applicants are required to have the following qualifications and experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with a preferred concentration major inBusiness, Digital Marketing or Data Analytics.
  • 5+ years of related professional experience, preferably workingwith the Digital Shelf, eCommerce content syndication, channel mapping and dataanalytics, or a closely related field.
  • Technical savviness, with the ability to learn and navigatesystems.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including ability tocreate basic formulas and sort and manage data utilizing tools including V-Lookups.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint to providestatus updates and share information in an informative, visually professionalpresentation.
  • Strong presentation skills - to clients and in internalteam settings.
  • Ability to communicate confidently and effectively, bothwritten and verbally, across all levels of internal and external stakeholders.
  • A self-starter with the resourcefulness to work bothindependently and collaboratively, excel and grow.
  • Has a growth mindset and thrives in an agile and fast-pacedwork environment with autonomy to drive outcomes.
  • Strong planning, time management, and organizational skillswith the ability to effectively balance competing priorities.

Core Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Lead select client project management: coordinate meetings,manage meeting agenda, take meetings notes, send meeting follow ups, and defineowners. Communicate proactively with management.
  • Delegates projects appropriately with follow-on supervisionto success.
  • Independently manage select client meetings as needed: plansuccessful, consultative discussions with visual presentations as needed, andfollow on project management and communication.
  • Develop project plans in Monday including key deliverables,specific actionable tasks, task owners, and timeline; include automations tofacilitate deadlines and proper communications.
  • Identify client business capabilities, opportunities andrisks and share with management on-going.
  • Syndicate digital shelf content from leading PIMs, DAMs,CMSs or related systems to trading partners via identified best processes.
  • Trouble shoot and action syndication readiness, includinganalyzing channel mapping for appropriate solutions.
  • Review, action, and trouble shoot trading partner feedbackto full resolution and completion.
  • Analyze wide variety of data to effectively drawconclusions and make recommendations.
  • Communicate and capture project status updates per projectmanagement systems of record.
  • Participate in client project meetings, as needed, tocapture critical project management information, ownership, and next steps.
  • Analyze project requirements; test outputs to delivercompliant data files.
  • Effectively navigate and troubleshoot Amazon Vendor Centraland Amazon channel feedback.
  • Stay current with features and capabilities of retailersand tools.
  • Manage own assigned tasks within company project managementsystem for multiple, concurrent projects for a diverse portfolio of clients;ensure all assigned responsibilities are accurately tracked with due dates andcompleted on time.
  • Proactively communicate project statuses to appropriatestakeholders throughout assigned projects/tasks and upon completion.
  • Work independently, with supervisor, and across GournayConsulting to solve problems and provide creative solutions to business needsin a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Identify and share channel schema updates, communicatemapping updates needed.
  • Proactively share learnings with full team and updatinginternal systems for ongoing expertise and efficiency.

*Please note:

Base salary range for this role is $85,000 - $100,000, based upon experience. Annual bonus potential is up to 15% of base salary, based upon performance.

Preference will be given to candidates already within a commutable distance to our office location.
