Omni Client Solutions Lead

Who are we looking for?

The Omni Client Solutions Lead contributes to Gournay Consulting’s strategic plan and financial goals by ensuring client success and satisfaction for renewal and expansion of contracted services. The Omni Client Solutions Lead works across the organization to plan resource needs, provide ongoing updates to management, and ensure projects track on budget. This role will work on a variety of digital content management projects for clients, identify areas of strategic opportunity for clients, consult with clients on best practices, and work with management to build and shape the delivery of associated services.

The Omni Client Solutions Lead is a senior-level role that reports directly to the Managing Partner, Client Services. The Omni Client Solutions Lead will be expected to collaborate across the organization to optimize delivery of services to assigned accounts.

What are we looking for?

Applicants are required to have the following qualifications and experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with a preferred concentration major in Business.
  • Minimum 10 years of related professional experience, with a preferred focus at a large CPG organization or agency managing the Digital Shelf strategy and execution.
  • A self-starter who is motivated to excel and grow.
  • Demonstrated ability to ensure timely, thorough, and clear communication of strategy,deliverable status, and results.
  • Advanced experience working with data analytics, project management, and business development.
  • Ability to communicate and present confidently and effectively, both written and verbally, across all levels of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Highly detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
  • Strong planning, time management, and organizational skills with the ability to effectively balance competing priorities across multiple client groups.
  • Demonstrated ability to grow an enterprise through new and existing business relationships.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Highly intellectually curious about the changing digital landscape and pivoting towards future client and company needs.
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues and document solutions to provide effective and timely resolution.

Core Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Lead client interactions and develop a trusted advisor relationship with client stakeholders. Consult on best practices ideate, and innovate to ensure clients are leveraging Gournay Consulting offerings to achieve full business value. Build relationships for long term partnerships.
  • Deliver client projects demonstrating high level business acumen, leadership, strategic thinking, and innovative solutions. Work with internal resources to leverage technical solutions offering efficiency and accuracy.
  • Demonstrate leadership in representing Gournay Consulting as thought leadership consultants, including strategic, professional, concise, thorough, insightful,innovative discussions and visual presentations. Lead efforts to retrieve,analyze and model data to obtain strategic insights and solve diverse business problems.
  • Demonstrate superior presentation skills and interpersonal communication.
  • Lead client renewals with success, achieving win-win outcomes. Continuously and proactively identify opportunities to grow Gournay Consulting penetration, present opportunities fornew projects/products, and close agreements.
  • Develop and manage Scope of Work Agreements by collaborating internally and externally to meet the needs and expectations of all stakeholders, ensuring accurate, detailed records.
  • Contribute to company’s financial success by negotiating SOWs with optimal financial outcomes and delivering projects with appropriate margins and profitability.
  • Contribute to organization talent development through project teamwork and collaboration. Delegates projects appropriately with follow-on supervision to success.
  • Communicate regularly and proactively with management on client project plans, status, opportunities, and issues.
  • Develop and lead client work plans with internal stakeholders, including prioritizing projects,tasks, and coordinating internal resources. Have a clear understanding of the various work done by Gournay Consulting Team to accurately estimate project work hours and guide team members to deliver goals.
  • Manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously to deliver superior value.
  • Manage client meeting cadences by leading discussions to ensure forward progress. Work with internal teams to develop agendas and share follow up meeting notes internally and externally to ensure superior communication and alignment on project and work. Manage timelines to deliver work within budgeted hours and time frame.
  • Work independently, across Gournay Consulting, and with clients to solve problems and provide alternative solutions to client problems in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Be accessible and responsive in addressing client needs and management requests. Advocate for clients with internal stakeholders.
  • Assist business development process from conception to completion by ensuring alignment of key stakeholders,developing timeline and cadence of key milestone, creating risk strategy toeliminate blockages, providing high-level communications, and establishing KPIs.
  • Become an expert on the range, type, and applicability of services that Gournay Consulting offers and lead ideation of forward-thinking services.
  • Provide clear communication internally to team members related to project status, direction,support needed, and issues/opportunities.
  • Maintain appropriate administrative work (SOW tracking, management) to ensure accurate and timely invoicing.

*Please note:

Base salary range forthis role is $125,000 - $150,000, based upon experience. Annual bonus potentialis up to 25% of base salary, based upon performance.

This role is officebased, with remote working flexibility offered on Fridays. Preference will begiven to candidates already within a commutable distance of our office locationin New Hope, PA.
